Ash and Kate were married at the beautiful Carolina Yacht club on March 27th, 2016. The weather was a bit stormy that morning, but the clouds cleared, the sun broke through and it ended up being a magnificent afternoon! Kate and her bridesmaids were enjoying some girl time and bubbly as they put together any last touches before the couple would say their I do’s. Sage Salon really did a exceptional job with the hair and make up, because everyone looked simply fabulous. As the ceremony grew closer, everyone made their way to the top balcony where the two would start their next chapter as husband and wife.
With ceremony music provided by Kate’s brother in law, Kate and her father made their way down the aisle looking so excited for the moments that were soon to come. As Ash and Kate exchanged vows and professed their promise to one another, both families looked as happy as ever.
They sealed their love with a kiss and made their way back down the aisle to get ready for their reception. Everything looked amazing! The flowers by Millie Griffin really set such a beautiful tone to begin the night.
The Charlie Band introduced the bridal party to the crowd and they were able to have their first dances and of course toasts from both, Ash and Kate’s fathers.
After the toasts it was time to eat! Bon Appetit provided so many choices for the guests, and each one looked just as scrumptious as the next! The cake by Creative Cake Design tasted amazing and was a beautiful focal point throughout the night!
After all the guests stomachs were satisfied it was time to hit the dance floor! The Charlie Band did such a fantastic job of engaging the crowd and keeping everyone grooving on the dance floor. You could tell by the look on everyones faces that they were truly having a blast.
As the night came to an end and Ash and Kate made their way through a sea of bubbles that their guests were blowing, their next chapter started right then and there. They were now husband and wife. We feel so lucky that we were able to capture such special moments for Ash and Kate. We had such a great time filming such an amazing couple. Thank you for choosing us to be a part of your big day!
